Having a nick of "Kook Wrangler" is pretty indicative. And then uses aggressive legalese to intimidate any opposition. The cat guy's employers (Mercedes Benz) should be protecting their employee from this kind of aggressive "real life" harassment, but instead they side with the harasser. I've seen this before.
