Subject: bike trailers - midget campers
Hi, Just thought i'd drop a line to make a few comments on the
'comments' people have forwarded regarding the bicycle campers. We
actually manufacture the Midget Camper Trailers and would welcome
anyone to our factory showroom in Brisbane to see them in the flesh.

The Bushtrekka may seem big and heavy, but if you had your bike fully
loaded with gear for a transcontinental trip, you'd have almost as
much weight. And much harder to balance!

I would invite those to look at our new one, the TrailRat. It IS a
single wheeled Camp Trailer. Check KampRite website for more info and
midget campers.

Cheerio.

Nice, but I still prefer panniers for touring. Two wheels have less drag
than three or four, though it's a tradeoff between extra punctures in the
extra tyres and those caused by the extra weight on two. I find the
trailer extremely useful for the supermarket though, including at times
fairly large and heavy loads.
Cheers,

Ray
