Subject: New ACT & CBT Anxiety study
Hello everyone,

I am assisting with a project that you may find interesting and
potentially helpful.  We are a group of researchers conducting a study
on self-help treatments for anxiety, comparing mindfulness/acceptance
and cognitive-behavioral approaches.  Research has shown that both
types of approaches are effective in alleviating anxious suffering.
If you are eligible for participation, you will receive a free copy of
either "The Mindfulness & Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety" or "The
Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Anxiety."   If you are interested,
please visit our website at: www.ActforAnxiety.com, and follow the
double workbook icon.  I invite you to check it out and wish you the
best.

Regards,

C.R.
