  I recently read a summary about a recently published article (and a detractor) who claim that repeated irrigations may destroy mucus protection against infection...Has anyone else read/heard of this article? Thoughts?

Nasal inflamation 
  There is a drug advertised on TV that is supposed to take care of bronchial inflamation. I am still battling the fact that I have nasal inflamation on a daily basis.
