  With my hydropulse I caused a super nasty double ear infection from that &lt;br&gt; thing forcing fluid where it shouldn&#39;t be. The Neilmed bottle is much &lt;br&gt; safer and easier to control.   What if she wants to stop now. Can she stop right away? Or should she &lt;br&gt; taper? &lt;br&gt; The dose per spray is around 64 mcg. For the first 3-4 days, she took &lt;br&gt; 2 sprays per nose per day - so that was 256 mcg per day. &lt;br&gt; Since then it has been 1 spray per nose. So that&#39;s 128 mcg per &lt;br&gt; day. &lt;br&gt; I am thinking - let her skip one day.

  Yep, could be. &lt;br&gt; CT scans are known to have about a 5% rate of false negatives--they fail &lt;br&gt; to pick up pockets of infection. That happened to me. &lt;br&gt; So you might have a pocket of infection somewhere that is feeding &lt;br&gt; infection into the Eustachian Tube. &lt;br&gt; I assume you&#39;ve already tried multiple courses of antibiotics???
