Subject: grapefruit concentration in rinse
hello! everyone

I have put some diluted grapefruit concentration in my
nasal irrigration once and suddenly lost my sense of
smell.  My coffee did not taste right, and everything is tasted
different.

Can this be temporary or I have to go see a doctor to fix it.
I am really scared as my taste or smell all go wrong now.

Please help.  Thanks.

Absent bacterial infection sinus mucosa and olfactory cilia regenerate
quickly
Your sense of smell should return to normal well within 3 weeks.
If not, your problem is not primarily  the grapefruit juice, but quite
likely the bug that you were trying to dislodge in the first place.
