helps ) or what ese can I do ????In my accident I lost 90 % of my rght
frontal lobe...

Its not the size of the dog in a fight.... But the size of the fight in

There's not much you can do really as most medications react with your
own. I was told that nothing was capable of not reacting with my meds
other than paracetamol.

I was also told I could try the supplements Lecithin or cod liver
oil,  or even vitamin E to try and strengthen my mind, and to cut
down on cheese, chocolate, coffee and alcohol as these were triggers
of headaches.

If you're  into herbs, one was also told, that Basil, Oregano,
Lavender, or Peppermint infusions sometimes helped headaches and
migraines.

Sorry if I couldn't be of more help,

Sofie
