George is too nice. Art knows how to acknowledge what crazy callers are saying while leaving them looking like the idiots they are. George sounds like he believes them. I remember the first show I heard when he hosted Coast to Coast AM. I guy called in with what was obviously a dream about going to saturn, the caller even said it felt like a dream, but George seemed oblivious to logic at that point and encouraged him, but I guess I'm a little jaded by George anyways. I wrote him a gigantic e-mail in 2004, and he responded with two words.

We're also psycho killers. If you believe tv and film. Screenwriters are still in a psychiatric dark age.

Laugh! Yeah they still neck. If you start keeping track of the number of times television cops de jour are tracking the killer, ransack his abode, pick up the bottle of pills conveniently placed by the bedside and with a furrowed brow and disapproving nod say, "Yep, just like we thought; Bipolar!" the sublime to the ridiculous becomes a trek into the hilarious. :-)

I wrote yesterday about my heroine driving a 20cm knife up to the hilt into someone's back up, and hack another man's head off after she'd slit his throat. She only has PTSD; imagine what she'd have done if she were bipolar!

A lot of people (most?) think that schizophrenia involves multiple personalities. "Studies in lunacy 101" ought to be compulsory.

That was our college motto. Bill, my English teacher, put it on the final: "what does carpe diem mean?" and he let me grade tests.
"Sees the day" was our favorite answer. Getting drunk and grading college tests. Not bad for a high school drop out.
/ I like those reptilian youtube vids. The reporter shape shifts while doing his piece. David Ickes has a 2 or 3 hour piece interviewing Credo Mundo (sp?) The Portuguese had giant crosses on the sails of their ships. The cross was a sign of the reptile people. How else do you explain millions of people allowing 30 guys on a ship to move in? The academic answer is that we kidnapped their leaders and made them tell the people to submit. Or that we had black powder guns. Or that we cornered them like the Spartan 300. Horseshit. I have a BS in History, and most of it is horseshit. 36 days without a drink and I'm already to lead the world. heh.

> 36 days is fantastic Brian! Well done. :-)
It is just the initial getting out that is the difficult part. There's so much bad about the past few that it's good to be alive again. I was driving today and got a 20 second fantastic 'free' feeling. So it's all worth it. Good ions in the air today, sunny calm Fall dry day. Peace!
