I want to thank you for talking to me about the potassium stuff. The drs
keep saying it is a bit low but nothing to worry about.
Well after you getting so worried about me, I went ahead and have been
eating a half a banana a day since you mentioned my symptoms sounded like
low potassium. Well guess what I feel better now. I do know the Lord has
been working with me too with the heat stuff. Don't get me wrong I am not
perfect with it but better than I was at least. The weakness upon getting up
has gone away and so has the shakiness when I don't have enough fluids in
me. I still get the feeling like I will go down though at times but not like
before.
I wasn't having any muscle spasms until today. Now my whole body is going
crazy. But I hear we are suppose to have a weather change again so it could
be that. My one hip popped out earlier and the other feels like it is not
behind it too far. My back, neck and shoulders are screaming. So is my
chest. My wrists and elbow also are in the act. So are we having fun yet.
But I wanted to thank you so much for talking to me about it. I was going by
what the drs were saying that it wasn't low enough the one time I was in
there and then no one seemed to check it anymore even though I mentioned it.
So it shows me once again, just because it is a little low, with me means it
better be treated or I am going to be in trouble.
