it is hard even with a dr too at times. Alot of this stuff was going on 
while I still had a dr and they didn't seem to care or want to research to 
see what the problem was. I have a list of foods for potassium too. I forget 
who actually sent me it but I know it was from the group.

I do get protein. I have the blood sugar drops so I have to eat 6 small 
meals a day to keep them leveled off. I am always eating. I will go to tell 
Jim I need something to eat and he will just look at me and say yeah I know 
you need something to eat don't you. LOL But I don't eat big meals like he 
does so it doesn't last as long in me.
