Squirrely <s...@sonic.net>

it is hard even with a dr too at times. Alot of this stuff was going on
while I still had a dr and they didn't seem to care or want to research to
see what the problem was. I have a list of foods for potassium too. I forget
who actually sent me it but I know it was from the group.

I do get protein. I have the blood sugar drops so I have to eat 6 small
meals a day to keep them leveled off. I am always eating. I will go to tell
Jim I need something to eat and he will just look at me and say yeah I know
you need something to eat don't you. LOL But I don't eat big meals like he
does so it doesn't last as long in me.
