Must have been a very long time ago for the military exchanges. They
have been a source for foreign watches, jewelry, keepsakes,

I've had both shoulders replaced....This is a sirgery that is still
mainly done for pain relief. How much function or movement that is
restored depends on the condition/repairability of the rotator cuff.
However even if the rotator cudd is irrepairably torn you will recover

Having been through what your son is dealing with I sympathize with his
situation. The courts are still very biased toward men

I can understand on the India thing. At one point Pat wanted to apply for
jobs in Africa and Egypt. I prayed htat he wouldn't get accepted - felt
mean but I knew I couldn't live in Africa. Of course in actual fact he
couldn't have either.

what a trooper. And I truly believe the best approach is to make the most
you can of what time you have. Thank goodness that idea has caught on so
people aren't forced to spend their final months in a hospital being made
more ill by fruitless treatments.

A friend from high school lies in Hawaii now. Everyone from our band/drama
club crowd back then has "volunteered" to visit him, but no one has tried to
move there. Mike got a nibble from a church on Maui (I think) but it didn't
come with housing and didn't pay enough to live within an hour of the church!

I regularly get coughed on, sneezed at, and etc. I do my best to turn
away fast and not touch my face. I was my hands a lot during the day,
and use sanitizer if I can. it also doesn't hurt to have Clorox wipes

I would call that a legitimate concern, Jo. she may not have
H1N1, probably doesn't, but it is NOT good policy to cough into
one's hand and still handle the groceries. I take it you didn't
feel comfortable enough to ask her to use hand sanitizer. Most
stores around here have it in plain sight everywhere.
