  Well folks. Thank goodness I haven&#39;t had shingles, but I do get cold &lt;br&gt; sores occasionally and wonder if they convey any resistance to &lt;br&gt; shingles? &lt;br&gt; Also, I read here about capsaicin.   Hey Gang, &lt;br&gt; A young mom from our church, took a nasty fall down a flight of stairs &lt;br&gt; at work this past weekend. She did some pretty bad damage to herself &lt;br&gt; and has had surgery to remover her spleen and is now in ICU while the &lt;br&gt; doctors continue to deal with other internal bleeding issues. She has &lt;br&gt; 4 young children at home, so I know they could all use some prayers
