Well folks. Thank goodness I haven't had shingles, but I do get cold
sores occasionally and wonder if they convey any resistance to
shingles?
Also, I read here about capsaicin. It's by the way, but I grew some
wonderful scotch bonnet chilis and they are still on the plant. We
think they woul be too hot for us and nobody around will attempt to

Hey Gang,
A young mom from our church, took a nasty fall down a flight of stairs
at work this past weekend. She did some pretty bad damage to herself
and has had surgery to remover her spleen and is now in ICU while the
doctors continue to deal with other internal bleeding issues. She has
4 young children at home, so I know they could all use some prayers

Hi Amy,
Try icing the area. It might not feel too good since the bottoms of
the feet and palms of the hand are especially sensitive. If possible,
I would ice it a few times between now and tomorrow morning.

OK..woke up this morning and the bottom of my right foot is so swollen
I can't wear shoes....I HAVE to go to work tomorrow...any ideas for
helping it out....:( Already took an anti-inflamatory and have stayed
off my feet as much as possible..:(
