  We think alike sometimes. Last week I made some very good chicken &lt;br&gt; and whole grain soup. The whole grain was from a package of Uncle &lt;br&gt; Bens, Whole Grain Santa Fe. Had Brown Rice, Wild Rice and Wheat &lt;br&gt; Berries. They looked like they looked like they needed some barley &lt;br&gt; for company so I threw in a handful of that too. Really good.

  Suggestion for you Jo, try using warm wash cloth on the area and watch for &lt;br&gt; drainage. &lt;br&gt; Sounds like it is an infection and that will help it ooze out of there. &lt;br&gt; Even better is warm salt water to draw out that yellow area and let it &lt;br&gt; drain. KEEP it &lt;br&gt; covered if you can, so not to spread the infection anywhere else.

  wow, i am TERRIBLE at recovering from surgery! it&#39;s been a week and &lt;br&gt; i&#39;m still kind of a mess (tho better than a few days ago...). i had my &lt;br&gt; first outing today and it was to my RD&#39;s office and i was shaky and &lt;br&gt; nauseous and my bp was all of 97/67 when it&#39;s usually on the high &lt;br&gt; side. i thought i was tougher than this. i am feeling old and feeble.

  Hope its nothing, but last night as I was getting ready for bed I &lt;br&gt; found a large red sore on my lower abdomen. I took my MTX on Tuesday &lt;br&gt; and my Enbrel earlier Wednesday. It doesn&#39;t hurt but looks nasty. &lt;br&gt; About two inches square and dark red with a yellowish center. I&#39;m &lt;br&gt; headed to the doctor now. &lt;br&gt; Could use some prayers.
