I say this since decades. However, finally admitting that the orgs are infiltrated by non-Scientologists does not make all persons saying so in the orgs into Scientologists. Infiltrator might attack infiltrator to stay in power.

Yes, that's correct. Scn is dying, and the infiltrator groups are competing to take over the billions of assets which will become available to whoever takes over next.
The California faction is not ready to make their move immediately, which is why they are keeping CoB in power. They want to keep him in his present position, while getting rid of all the other possible candidates to become the new CoB. Once their man is in position, the current CoB will be sent away.

No, that's ridiculous! I am 100% certain that every single staff member and public at London orgs are completely faithful to Mr David Miscavige. Just look at their great results!

Or perhaps the US attorneys office, in consideration of size of the US deficit and budget constraints, and the rumored size of the cash still stashed in COS's coffers, may be eyeing the asset forfeture statute, that awards the prosecuting office a percentage of the recovered cash for operating expenses...

I went in to an org, maby about a decade aago, and they had a new film called the orientation film, or something, and the film that scientology was infiltrated by government agents in the 80's. It said that in the film. Hard to say how that would encourage people to join; but the u.s. has been having problems with people seriouse about freedom of religion since the 60's.
