sex-trade worker (NB- we are not permitted to use the word "hooker" in Quebec).
Interesting. First time I have ever heard of the practice, and I have been ...

even from personal experience about this? Any women out there ever paid for a
male prostitute? Nope. Never won because I never entered the draw. ...

Sure, I've Had a Hooker (was: Re: what does this ng do best?)
So I found the "hooker raffle" somehow ironic, given the large numbers I've met

their addicitons. Seemed like it supported the very thing a lot of people had
been "sold" into by addiction. In my mind I pictured the "John" leaving an AA/NA

Food in meetings

here take abstinent males out to get laid on their two year anniversary. Lech's
home group in Calgary used to have a "Hooker Raffle." Both are excellent for

For a group of only 31 members that is astounding. Those free toasters really
work! lol Next month we will give away a used car and see what happens. Well, if
it's not the free toasters, there must be something else going on there to catch
their interest :) Hooker raffle? Naa they do that across town. Mike.

Who Gets To Contribute $$
Jim B. jbl...@videotron.ca alt recovery aa Sergent wrote The 7th Tradition says
"Every AA group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside
contributions". My group has given up on expecting drunks to give money. We
started a Friday night "Hooker Raffle" and now we are up to our ass in small
change. Jimb.
