We have a core group of solid members at least 15 of us are in excess of 5 years and the other half seem to benefit from our esh.
That makes for a good balance in the group.
Also the old girls give bj's to all first timers to make sure there is a never ending stream of newcomers.
Now if we could only get the new gals to go for us old farts all would be nirvanna

I'm not sure the bjs thing is a good idea. At least not for us old farts... encourages going back out just for the benefit of being a newcomer and coming back as a first timer.
