I was 24 years old when I decided to kick my drug habbit. I started to see a Massage Therapist Every week for about two months. It helped me flush the drugs out of my system about ten times faster than with out massage. I was so imprest, that I became a Massage Therapist. Here is my web page. It is devoted to Massage Therapy and Massage research. You can find Books, Music and Free Downloads.
Let's be careful what we fall for. I REALLY looked for a magical quick fix (in other words, an easier softer way) and didn't find one.
I don't think there's any thing wrong with using things in conjunction with the 12 steps of AA but trying to find things to do INSTEAD of the 12 steps certainly didn't work for me.
George p.s. Most of them cost money in some form or another too. Hmmmm?

Please explain this. Can you medically verify it? Ten times - WOW. I *am* impressed!

In the red light district of Montreal there are some really good massage therapists. They tend to concentrate on removing the stress from the lower extremities but it does leave one with a great sense of being "flushed out." BTW, if you go with a friend and let them know that you are in A.A., they will usually do a "2 for 1" deal. They want to get the hooker raffle's going again in the A.A. Groups. Jimb

Heh. When I was new in the program I recall spending some money on "massage therapists", too. <vbg> Yeah, it really mellowed me out......for about 3 hours.

Does this mean you're the pervert in Chantilly? Does being a pervert redneck mean something along the lines of ex-drunk? This thread has totally confused me... I don't have any idea what a chicken is or isn't and now I'm not sure I have any idea what a redneck is (if I ever did). I'm not sure but I think there's a Peckerwood in Chantilly goes by the name Tom....seems like all the trucked in sunshine has turned him into something he always feared...being a half-way nice fellow.
