Obviously you didn't notice what's odd about the picture. That's a 48-star
American flag, which hasn't been current since 1959. It's very unusual to see
such a flag flying today. Since Rita took the picture at Annapolis, home of
the U.S. Naval Academy, it may have been part of some sort of war memorial.

If you're a Canadian, a Brit, or an Aussie, you get a pass. Otherwise, I have
to dock you two prestige points.
