The photos are boring. Firsti of all because the light is boring. They look like touristic snapshots. Thake them in the early morning or in the evening, as Martin said, and try to use some unusual angle if you don't want 'seen-100-times' photos. They should be much better that way.

The Viewpoint will be retired today and wanted to take advantage of to do improvements in the photos, with the support of the comments of people with more experience, and although the photos are of the same theme, always I am trying to do them of different angles.

There's a niche market for horror comedy. You may have more success with those groups. If you're just crap at photos change the content and go for an audience that will buy it.
