Arlington County's auxiliary police unit has produced records as part
of the two discrimination claims pending against the program. The
disclosure was made in response to a Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA)
request filed against the department. Some records were withheld by
the county, which cited various statutory exemptions to the state
FOIA
statute's mandatory disclosure requirements.

Details of the discrimination claims, which charge failure to provide
reasonable accommodation and discrimination based on perceived
disability, are available online at http://acpddiscriminates.blogspot.com.
