  Wings are never a good deal as most of the weight is in bones. Take it from &lt;br&gt; me - I tried this one year and it worked great.... next time you want to &lt;br&gt; make Buffalo Wings, just buy a cheap whole fryer and cut it up. Then fry, &lt;br&gt; coat with hot sauce/butter and serve with bleu cheese dressing...just like
