Shelter is hoping that as many organizations -- councils and NGOs -- as possible will respond to the Department of Planning's review of SEPP 10 and SEPP 70 and mooted proposal to amalgamate them into one 'affordable housing SEPP', when the proposal or draft SEPP is released. We have produced a backgrounder on these matters, which you might find useful. I have uploaded it to the Files page of the AHN website, and it is also available for download (PDF file) at the Shelter website at <http://www.shelternsw.org.au/advocacy.shtml>
