I think I made a mess of things trying to create a new category.  I
tried the new textbox and I think it just created a new topic, which I
can't seem to delete.

First I tried, "PROJECT EXAMPLES-HOW-TOS"
Then I tried "PROJECT-EXAMPLES-HOW-TOS"
Then "CATEGORY:PROJECT-EXAMPLES-HOW-TOS"

I tried typing all of that three seperate times into the New box.
However, I think I created 3 blank topics instead of creating a new
category.  I tried to add links to my new category on the main indexes
of the QM pages, however, it is rightfully telling me that they don't
exist.

Anyway, the whole point of all of this was that I was going to create a
new CATEGORY and add that topic (the long article about rsync, and
mirroring QM boxes), to that category.

I was trying  to reorganize a bit because it sounded good in my head...
