This type of thing is so annoying - you work hard to develop good,
compelling & unique content and somebody comes along and steals it
word for word.

I had one particularly amazing case with a client of mine...what I
thought was amazing was who it was the was stealing their content -

I think it is important that you
clearly state on your website a discount like that,
and
have rel="nofollow" added to those inbound <a> links
(this also clearly stated in your terms and conditions)

I read that you said that you had 3 GIGS of ram and thought you must

I do not think it is so simple as it is included in many many B2B
client realtionships, quite naturally. And for example nobody thinks
that backlinks from resellers to the manufacturer is blackhat.

What are the etchical limits of mapping your offline business
relationships to online(links)?

A few post here made me think about it again.

Natural inbound links definitely has some value- do not know how much
exactly (mainly not on the level of each link), but some.

In my opinion about SE rankings everything is etchical what let's
search engines know that a site is valuable for the users and trusted.
