  Surely unless they are high-traffic sites with a good PR then the &lt;br&gt; links are all but worthless anyway? I wouldn&#39;t pay anyone a penny in &lt;br&gt; cash or kind to link to me; quality sites don&#39;t give links because you &lt;br&gt; offer them inducements and, tbh, I really don&#39;t want my logo on poor- &lt;br&gt; quality sites along with a bunch of others.   It looks like the theoretical background of this question was not &lt;br&gt; really motivating for anybody&#39;s mind:) &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;P.s.: The question was not about me- when you are working on the 45+ &lt;br&gt; market it is not likely that more then 5% of our customers have &lt;br&gt; websites at all:)

  I do not think it is so simple as it is included in many many B2B &lt;br&gt; client realtionships, quite naturally. And for example nobody thinks &lt;br&gt; that backlinks from resellers to the manufacturer is blackhat. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;What are the etchical limits of mapping your offline business &lt;br&gt; relationships to online(links)?
