Go away.

Google has no powers whatsoever to regulate what happens on the web -
you are wasting your time and (much more importantly) mine.

If there is indeed a problem your remedy lies elsewhere - with a local
court, their upstream provider, etc.

I'd suggest it's time to put it down to experience and move on.  Your
campaign will be a waste of your time which could be much more
constructively used. Don't waste your energy on them.

My knowledge and experience on Indian law relating to IT matters can
be summed up quite simply by purely how much you are prepared to pay
the local Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) and the local
Additional District Magistrate (ADM).

tangible loss of business, and falling apart of resources, indeed doxo
india cheated customer(s). After the initial search on websites,
blogs, links, the attempt was to request back the domain, if not money
or damage control of bad seo practises by doxo india. Many other
people are continously cheated by numerous developers( may be the
percentage is higher because of asian/indian website developers) and
since there are different countries and places, it is hard to
implement single protocol, but at the end of the day, it is www.
Customer pays money to fulfill the dream, objectives and outlook.
(driving force is ambition) It is an ongoing process by fraud website
developers to cheat customer and may be this discussion is just in
vain, but anyhow there can be central google forum to display lists
and ranking of website developers. There can be a step to decide who
could be authorised to sell domains and seo services, failing to
comply would result in license cease, irrespective of the country or
place you are at. There can be steps, can we think and propose
it......

Sure of the advises received, civil case is one resoultion, but sure
endless minds on web would come up with something which is one another
reason of the campaign- to help those who are affected and who may be
affected by such wrong practises of website developers, vendors etc.
Suggestion invited. thanks in advance.

thanks phil, rebecca, jeff,...
