Dynamic IP using a different incoming port

I run my own server in my basement. My ISP has decided to start
blocking incoming port 80. I also have a dynamic IP address though it
changes very infrequently.

the website [link] (two pages only) is giving an error by
Google sitemap test:
"URLs not followed

OK- THIS IS DAY #3 OF TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED
I need assistance in redirecting my website within the hour - there is
basically no support available from Google and I have no idea how to

Wrong verification tag found on website? I haven't changed it!

All sub-domains for one of my sites are giving the message :
Verification status: NOT VERIFIED
Last attempt Aug 20, 2008: Your verification meta tag should be XXXXXX
The meta tag we found was XXXXXX
Trouble is the one that it should be is exactly the same as the one
currently on the page.
I've deleted it and re-added it, but it apparently is still 'wrong'... more »

Google analytics code and foreign language characters

I have been doing a bit of work on a translator's site (simple HTML
site, no database) and installed analytics on all pages. Some of these
pages are in French and German. Having uploaded the files with the
analytics code some of the accents and umlauts did not display

Hard 404s

Do websites get banned for not using hard 404s. I noticed on this
list [link] all were
using soft 404s

Cannot verify site

My site [link] was verified and then recently was
not. I now cannot verify by html upload or meta tag. The site
generates the correct response codes ( 404 for an error). Could
anyone shed any light on this as I am stumped?

Keywords that Googlebot sees on my site.

When i pull up the keywords that Googlebot sees in my content i see
keywords like, xanax, valium, percription, pills, ambien, tramadol,
drug, dosage, and pharmacy.
These keywords do not exist on my site, nor would we ever allow anyone

Our system has experienced a temporary problem
