When i pull up the keywords that Googlebot sees in my content i see
keywords like, xanax, valium, percription, pills, ambien, tramadol,
drug, dosage, and pharmacy.
These keywords do not exist on my site, nor would we ever allow anyone
to use these keywords. I can't seem to figure out how these keywords
came up. Have i been hacked? How do i get rid of these keywords that
don't seem to exist on my site? Any insight would be helpful.

No, not a hack. google your site, then review the CACHE. See what
google has there, first. I had the same issue, checked my cache and
saw my old page that had a very large list of companies in it, many
with wierd names. You can ask good not to cache your site. Then your
indexed information might always be current.
