I've tried verifying my site through META tag and Google says it can't
find it.
www.sbo-uk.co.nr
My site is actually at www.sbo-uk.bravehost.com but I've got a the URL
www.sbo-uk.co.nr pointing to this site.
When i visit www.sbo-uk.co.nr on my browser and 'view source' I can
see the META tag, but Google can't find this.

Is there any reason why google can't see this tag even though it's
clearly there?

The meta verification tag is not in the source code
of www.sbo-uk.co.nr
The source code of www.sbo-uk.co.nr  is a
frames document pointing
to the content of http://www.sbo-uk.bravehost.com/

You can see the source code of www.sbo-uk.co.nr
with the W3C validator http://validator.w3.org/
if you check the 'show source' option.
I see only the frames without the verification meta tag
also in 'view source' with Firefox.

Use View > Source from the browser top menu, not from the right click
View Source context menu.

That's what the robot sees.
