Subject: Re: What if my SiteMap includes just those pages updated frequently?
Sitemaps are helping Google to index your site,
but the usual crawling process is still very important
to search results, so you need links and
good site navigation,
with your pages having
as correct as possible (X)HTML code.

It is a good idea to include in your sitemaps all
the URLs you want indexed from your site.
If you want you can have multiple sitemaps
with a sitemap index file as described in
http://sitemaps.org/protocol.php#index
and have some sitemaps only with URLs that
do not change often and other sitemaps only with
URLs that change often.
