Hi Brian,
In the URL you gave in your posting there is not much content to index, just a <noscript> element (all that is visible to search engines inside the <body> element of your page) with 'Sorry, you must have JavaScript enabled in your browser' and the rest is a <script> element with JavaScript checking cookies, so difficult/impossible for Googlebot to extract content from. Also, are all the other not-indexed URLs of type .exe?
