It's possible the server where you moved is serving a different
robots.txt file than what you think.

But it's also possible  the domain has not propagated yet, so maybe
the old server has a robots.txt which blocks robots.

When you moved did you keep the same domain name or is it different?
How long ago?
And what is the url now and what was it before if different?
